AGENDA:

• Whole class discussion / notes/ summary of paragraphs 1 & 2 of the reading.
• Article: An anthropogenic marker horizon in the future rock record.

HOMEWORK:

1. Due tomorrow: Use the reading strategy for paragraphs 3, 4, & 5.
1. Read the paragraph
2. Read the paragraph again and this time hi-lite or underline what you think is important in the paragraph.
3. Use the graphic organizer worksheet and write NOTES about the important information - these should not be sentences and should not be sentences copied from the text.
4. Do not do the summary - we will work on them together!
