Extra Credit Opportunity:
The Rock, Nitrogen and Water Cycles
The Challenge: Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to create your own, original drawing/diagram that shows the rock cycle, the nitrogen cycle, and the water cycle together in one comprehensive picture. This means that your drawing will show not only each of the cycles, but their relationship to one another. You will then explain in a brief statement how each cycle depends on the other and why.

The Rules:
1. This must be a comprehensive diagram,/drawing. The cycles cannot be shown in 3 separate diagrams or drawings, but all together in one.

2. Statement of the relationships must be original and written neatly or typed. (If I cannot read it, I cannot grade it!

3. Drawing must be at least 11” by 14” in size.

4. Drawing must be in color.

5. Drawing must be original – it should not look like anyone else’s.

6. You must complete this challenge alone – you may not work with a partner.

The Points: This assignment, if done correctly, can earn you up to 100 points for the semester!!
