*Mrs. H will be gone on Monday and Tuesday to be in Yosemite with Wildlink.  The class will have a sub for these days.  They will watch and awesome video about the crystal caves in Mexico on Monday and then will do some other classwork on Tuesday.*

*MINERALS TEST AND NOTEBOOK NEXT FRIDAY, SEP. 30!!*

OBJECTIVES:
  #2. Explain what makes something a mineral.
  #3. Describe the 4 ways that minerals form.

AGENDA:

• Group Poster Time
• Formation of Minerals
• Animations that show mineral crystallization
• "Orbiting" for data

HOMEWORK:

1. Due Wednesday:  Finish the remaining vocab cards for the minerals unit.
2. Notebook - be sure everything is taped in in the correct order and that all of the work is complete!  They will be due again next Friday, Sep. 30!
