Welcome Back!  I hope everyone had a relaxing and restful break.  There are only 5 weeks left in this school year but a lot to learn and many, many points left to earn, so if you need to improve your grade you can as long as you don't slack off!

*DISASTER MOVIE PROJECT:  If you are interested in working on the Disaster Movie project it could really help you to get ahead and enjoy it more. Here are a few examples of the posters.  Remember to use the scene template to organize what should be put on each scene.  It will be the same for posters and for power points.






EXTRA CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES:

#1 Cloud Formation Diagram - Due no later than Wednesday, April 30.
  1. Observe any of the four methods of lifting air and forming clouds that we learned in class and take a photograph of it- MUST BE YOUR OWN ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPH.  Tell me where the photo is and when it was taken please.
  2. Label the type of lifting and what is taking place on the photo or on a printout of the photo.
  3. Write a good 1 -2 paragraph description of what is taking place.  Remember to use correct sentence structure and your vocabulary!  Also please USE YOUR OWN WORDS – don’t copy exactly from your notes. 
  4. 20 points each – you may do up to 4!  The 4 do not have to be of each different type of lifting.  You may repeat a type of air lifting, but they must be on different days.

#2 Extra Credit Adventure
  1. If you happen to go anywhere outdoors and natury over the break you could fill out the Extra Credit Adventure Worksheet and take a photo of yourself while there and turn it in when you return!
